What We Produce
Very early days — but we've had a few brilliant flurries of activity, and we're getting ready for the next one.
Honest Update
We're not going to pretend we're a fully-fledged farm shop. The truth is that most of our energy over the last two years has gone into the restoration work — the surveys, the earthworks, the hydrology, setting up the cluster. The food production side is real but small, and it comes in bursts.
We've done pork (our Gloucestershire Old Spots are wonderful), seasonal veg boxes from the market garden, hay, and some rather good homemade preserves. Then we go quiet for a while and focus on something else. That's the honest rhythm of a farm in transition.
The next flurry is coming. We're expanding the market garden, the pigs are doing their thing, and the orchards are getting planted. Watch this space.
What We've Done So Far
Seasonal Veg Boxes
Straight from the market garden to your door. Seasonal, chemical-free, grown with care. We ran these through the autumn and they were a hit — more coming when the garden's back in full swing.
Heritage-Breed Pork
Gloucestershire Old Spots, free-ranging across the farm. No antibiotics, no feedlots. Sausages, chops, belly, roasting joints — sold locally when we have a batch ready. The pigs are also doing a brilliant job clearing scrub for the restoration.
Preserves
Punk Jam (apple and pumpkin) and Punk Pickle (courgette and onion) — made from surplus garden produce. Available when we've got them, which is when the garden's been generous.
Hay
Chemical-free, fertiliser-free meadow hay. We cut it every summer as part of the grassland diversification — good for the wildflowers, good for your horses. This one we can actually do reliably.
What's Coming
More Market Garden
Expanding the growing area and aiming for regular veg box runs through the season.
Traditional Orchards
Local apple varieties going in where the old orchards stood. Fruit, juice, and eventually cider.
Woodland Products
Coppice, firewood, and timber as the woodland management gets going.
Eggs
Hens and waterfowl integrated with the wetland. Good pest control, good eggs.
Ecosystem Services
The less visible side of what we produce. We've invested heavily in baseline surveys so that as markets mature, we can demonstrate real ecological uplift. We're not rushing this — the strategy is patient and premium.

We sell in bursts rather than continuously — so the best way to know when something's available is to get in touch and we'll let you know.
